Food & Bottled Water

Ausmos engineer and manufacture the V Series Brackish Reverse Osmosis Systems which are installed in wineries and bottled water companies.

These systems are purpose built for small floor spaces and are able to fit through standard doorways.

All V Series incorporate PLC Control and Reject Recycle to provide the highest recovery possible on the water to be treated, thus minimizing both the water going to waste and the cost of raw water. Capacities range from 6000L/day Model V1 up to 33,000L/day Model V6.

Units are constructed entirely from corrosion proof material with stainless steel framework and switchboard. They all have full PLC control for minimum operator attendance.

The V series is available with full skid mounting of ancillary equipment such as back washable carbon filters and/or water softeners.

Water Bottle filling systems can also be incorporated within these units by the addition of an optional storage tank and bottle filling point. Bottle fill systems also include a UV system and a tank circulator pump to ensure continued sterility.

Ausmos also manufactures a range of systems for bottling water. The unit shown is a medium sized Packaged Land Based Seawater System which produces 4,500L/day of potable grade water from a seawater source containing up to 38,000ppm of dissolved salts.

These systems are complete with full PLC central control, inbuilt CIP system raw water tank and pump, treated water tank and pump, sand and cartridge filtration, all mounted on a 316 stainless steel skid.
