Chemical Dosing System
Ausmos manufactures and installs a large range of Reverse Osmosis Systems for the Medical Industry.
These V Series Brackish Reverse Osmosis units are specifically designed to produce very high quality water for use in Dialysis. Capacities range from 6,000L/day Model V1 up to 33,000 L/day Model V6.
Units are fully PLC controlled with reject recycle, tank level control, automatic high conductivity dump, CIP/flush system, with shutdown and indication of motor overload and low feed pressure. Treated water quality is monitored by digital conductivity meter.
The V Series units are constructed entirely from corrosion proof materials. The standard construction with a 316 stainless steel frame and UPVC provide for the sterile system paramount in medical applications.
We also purpose build chemical dosing systems to medical grade.
