Pharmaceutical

Our units designed for the pharmaceutical industry are designed to provide highly pure water. They have full PLC controls for minimum operator attendance and are constructed from quality components to ensure reliability and durability.

L & MD Series - Laboratory Systems

The L Series units range in capacity from 700 L/day to 3,500 L/day. They are bench mounted Reverse Osmosis Systems complete with conductivity monitor, PLC control, alarm shutdown for low feed pressure and high permeate conductivity.

The MD Series units range in capacity from 1,400 L/day to 5,500 L/day. These units are floor mounted Reverse Osmosis Systems and include disposable resin ion exchange polishing with on board treated and circulated storage tank. Units are fully PLC controlled with alarms for low feed pressure, system failure, motor overload and high conductivity.

V Series - Brackish Reverse Osmosis Systems

The V Series Brackish Reverse Osmosis units are suitable for treating raw water with a TDS up to 12,000ppm. Capacities range from 6,000L/day Model V1 up to 33,000 L/day Model V6.

Units are fully PLC controlled with reject recycle, tank level control, automatic high conductivity dump. CIP/flush systems are also included with shutdown and indication of motor overload and low feed pressure. Treated water quality is monitored by digital conductivity meter.

The V Series units are constructed entirely from corrosion proof materials. The standard construction in 316 stainless steel frame and UPVC provide for the sterile system paramount in pharmaceutical and medical applications.

Current installations include Pharmaceutical Companies, Hospital Dialysis, Universities, Bottled Water Companies, Nurseries, Wineries and General Industry.

Large Brackish Reverse Osmosis Systems

We also design and install systems to suit larger applications, up to 1ML/day. Shown here are 50M3/day systems for pharmaceutical process water.
