Fractionation Systems

Coombabah Gold Coast
Council Plant

Redcliffe City Council Plant

Ausmos designs and manufactures Water Reuse Systems ranging in size from 5000 L/day up to 4 ML/day.

Treatment of secondary treated effluent to Draft Guidelines "A" Class Recycled Water Quality is achieved through the use of our Ozone Foam Fractionation Systems. Full treatment to A grade Potable water quality is also available utilizing a combination of Ozone Fractionation and our membrane processes.

Depicted is the installation of an Ozone Fractionation system at Coombabah Gold Coast Council Plant. This plant treats the final effluent at a rate of 10-12 M3/hr to better than A class, with 45,000 L storage and a truck filling station.

A similar plant has just been installed for the Redcliffe City Council. Like many of our customers, we have supplied a tailored maintenance contract to continue servicing this facility after commissioning.

Our Engineers have also carried out extensive trials with a pilot foam fractionation system at Elanora WWTP, Gold Coast City Council, which operated on final effluent from a sewage treatment plant.

The fractionation process provided a remarkably clean and sterile end product removing a considerable amount of fine colloidal solids as shown.
